An effective Human Resource Services which facilitates the organisation in utilising and valuing the individual and collective gifts of all staff members.
 
OBJECTIVES

• to develop and implement effective Human Resource policies and strategies to facilitate the achieve ment of the objectives of the Synod;

• to provide service and advice as required to the Synod, Uniting Aged Care Victoria & Tasmania, presbyteries and congregations on all Human Resource functions.
