Welcome to the UnitingCare Volunteering Portal ('the portal')

The purpose of the portal is to be a resource and central point of connection for Volunteer Coordinators.

Volunteer Coordinators play a pivotal role in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers who are the backbone of Victorian and Tasmanian communities and are highly valued.

The portal is open to any Volunteer Coordinator in UnitingCare Victoria and Tasmania, Uniting Age Well, Uniting Church school or other entity in the Uniting Church.

As a member of the Volunteer Portal, you have access to the contact details of other Volunteer Coordinators, a library where you  can share documents about volunteering with your peers and a blog which you can use to introduce topics for discussion or join existing discussion with other members.

The Volunteer Portal was established and is managed by UnitingCare Victoria and Tasmania. We welcome feedback about your experience of the Volunteer Portal and invite you to contact Bessy Andriotis email: or ph: (03) 92515495 with compliments, complaints or suggestions.

We look forward to the portal being a way for Volunteer Coordinators staying informed, working collaboratively and being supported in their role.
